Hello everyone!

I'm really excited to dive into this amazing and surprising world of pheromones! I've been wanting to try mones for some years now but only recently I've been researching and reading many types of information, forums and testimonials and finally decided to purchase some products.

I'm still very new to this and of course I'll probably make some mistakes and ask some stupid obvious questions but I'll do my best to keep learning and I can't wait to start experimenting

My first goals with mones are:
1 - help in overcoming my social anxiety; I usually can deal with it pretty well but there are some days when I feel completely shut out and even fear people.
2 - Get friendlier with my friends; I can say I already have nice friendship relationships but I want to improve them, specially with girls since most of my friends are male (I feel more comfortable around men, girls make me nervous/intimidate me).
3 - Improve my self-confidence; I think there are some mones that will be able to make me feel better about myself, in a happy bubbly way, I tend to worry a lot!
4 - Get more intimate times with my boyfriend; because we've been in a relationship for so long I think he got used to me and we don't have much intimate time anymore, for many reasons, I hope I can get a little help to get the lust going strong again.

I'm already a member of the other forum (pherotalk) but unfortunately I didn't get many suggestions or answers as I was hoping for, I think it was because my introduction post was too long so now I'm keeping this intro as simple as possible!

I've already purchased a social mix, an attraction mix and another one which seems to be in between social and attraction (they're in the mail!), I hope to try them by themselves and after I get used to them, maybe mix them with eachother and see the results.

I'd really welcome any other suggestions anyone might have about future purchases or any other tips for a noobie

I hope I can be a part of this family, and keep learning more and more about pheromones, I love hearing about every personal experience and how the same product affects everyone differently!

Thank you! I've been looking at some of the girls journals already, it's very exciting to see what works best for each personality, I appreciate all advice and guidance anyone will be willing to give, it is indeed a bit overwhelming at first, in a kid-in-a-candy-store sort of way!

Just don't overdo it and get a sense for what you can and can't smell. Alpha molecules like androstenone have some of the worst side effects, so especially don't overdose on them.

Thank you! Yes, for some reason I find the general mood on this forum a bit lighter, so to speak. I have this huge fear of doing something wrong and this community seems a bit more open to people just making mistakes and progressing from them, maybe that's just me, but it was the vibe I got from reading both forums.
Thank you for the heads-up on androstenone, I had no idea! I've heard that copulins are also super strong, but I'm very curious about them. I've read that some molecules can cause a hype and crash effect as well, but can they do that by themselves or that effect can be felt even with a mix?

Those are all great goals!
#1 Love Potion Teddy BB and B2 (particularly B2) have androstadienone, which may help you with your anxiety. The mix of other pheromones in them make both great socials as well. They actually have the IDENTICAL phero list, it's just that B2 has more androstadienone, so if you find that helpful you may want to keep that in mind
#2 made me think of Love Potion G2. I use it specifically when I'm out with the girls. It makes for a great social, for me at least.
#3 Glace by Alpha Dream & Open Windows by Love Potion are great socials, I find I get better self effects from OW, it's definitely a happy bubbly mix
#4 Getting MORE intimate? Who DOESN'T want that ^_~ I know when I began my phero journey THAT was my ulterior motive! SO many choices...where to start? Well, if you've done your reading you'll know about copulins. I can say from personal experience that Love Potion Overt Cops for Covert Ops (OCCOs) are scented SO well that I cannot imagine buying straight Essence of Woman ever again. Alpha Dream has a Light Copulin spray that does smell faintly of Essence of Woman but practically disappears after dry down and is VERY easy to cover. Some products that work in our house: Love Potion Sexpionage (VERY naughty - and the unscented is STNKY so have a good cover for it, lol), Cuddle Bunny, BANG! Also My guy seems to cuddle up to me when I where Alpha Dream's Achar (he's a sucker for anything with Est in it )

One more thing that you may not know: Love Potion has an intimidating selection of products. If you find something you think may tickle your fancy but just aren't sure, click on the dropdown arrow for that product box. A lot of them, phero ENHANCED fragrances included, come in a $5 trail size of approx. 1.5ml, which is GREAT when you're on a budget and want to try everything The exception is the unscented pheromones. They are normally full bottles only.

I have also asked for a free sample from vendors when making an order...it doesn't guarantee a free sample, but it never hurts to ask, right?

Well the firt products I bought were all from Androtics (and after reading some stuff here I feel kinda silly buying from them, but it's done!), I had the coupon and their Instant line seemed pretty reliable and not too strong for a beginner like me, so I decided I'd order Instant Openness (it was the only one I had someone recommend for me) for the social part, I got Turn up the Heat for exclusive use with the boyfriend, I've read that it's supposed to be used by guys but I read some girls saying it worked very well with them too, so why not? And finally I got Instant Sexyness B, everyone says I'm very cute and cuddly already so I thought I would bring out the sexy side of me for people to see as well. I got all these in 5ml bottles, the To-Go sizes.

It's curious that you mentioned Glace, because when I browsed Alpha Dream I didn't notice it but I went to check it out and it really seems like a good bet thank you!
And OW seems like a happy potion, I think it would fit me well too! Ohhh so many choices, decisions decisions
And as for the Love Potion's products yes, they do have a lot! I was a bit overwhelmed by so much variety they have compared to other companies, I have a little note here with some products that caught my eye and funny thing is, I was really keen on trying out those cops in the OCCO's scented version! I'm scared of the unscented ones because I have no idea if I have strong enough cologne to cover them up, that was the main reason I imediately cast Essence of Woman to the side.. I also noticed sexpionage and was curious too, but maybe it has a more alpha flirty vibe to it? I don't want to be all in-your-face flirty kinda way, it doesn't fit my personality and I think I should complement my own traits rather than be another different self =) Aww I saw cuddle bunny and I thought it fits me so well! (and plus, I love bunnies! ) I'm a cuddle addict, but alas, I already have too much cuddling time with the boyfriend, hence me wanting to spice things up a bit ;P

I'm usually too shy to ask any vendor for free samples but yes, as you stated it doesn't hurt to try!
