For the last couple years I've noticed whether I do or don't get Androstadienone depression is strongly linked to one supplement that I occasionally cycle: 7-keto. It completely prevents or relieves any and all depression from Androstadienone .

Interestingly, it's an active neurosteroid that is effective for other types of depression, too. This should be obvious, but I feel the question coming: it's not effective if added to the pheromone mix.

Anyway, if I plan to wear a heavy dose, I just pop a 7-keto.

P.S. Before anyone takes a steroid supplement (though I do recommend it), please research it and know what you're taking.

I took a 100mg 7-keto DHEA capsule and later applied 20 mcg of Alpha Dreams Androstadienone .
Was tired after a long day and rested a few hours, woke up with slight headache but didn't experience depression or messed up thoughts (this stuff hits me hard!). Need to test more but for now i'd say it has an effect.

I feel that it hurt the effects of androstadienone when used in a phero-mix, though maybe lower doses would work. I never tried it to see if it reduced depression as a pheromone. Dbot tested it back in the day as a pheromone and described it as causing a kind of bubbliness or effervescence as a pheromone.

Hax uses 7-Keto DHEA in one of their phero mixes, and that mix includes androstadienone. They're not going to talk about the philosophy behind this, though.

Interesting that you mention this, as I take 100mg of DHEA daily (not the 7-keto metabolite). I don't get touched by A-1 depression.

Increase test levels and use Androstadienone moderately .

Hey Boss, have you ever tried narrowing it down to the DHEA by stopping taking it and seeing if you notice any A-1 depression?

Of course I guess I should ask first if you've ever noticed yourself being susceptible to any of the A-1 side effects to begin with?

I purchased imprint about 10 months ago and noticed I was always down wearing it. I was not taking DHEA then.

I have been taking 100mg DHEA the past 4 months, I'd say.

I purchased Pheromone Treasures A-1 about 3 weeks ago and have worn it anywhere from 50-150 mcg multiple times - no depression.

I also run on high side of normal, testosterone-wise.

I workout 5-6 days per week, and thought I'd try the 100mg dose for awhile to see if it improved DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). I read a review of a study on Ergo-log.com that showed a reduction of creatine kinase, a marker of muscle damage, with doses of 100 mg.

On another note, my last cholesterol checkup was awesome. Don't know if the DHEA had anything to do with it. I lowered my LDL by 30 pts and my HDL is hovering around 60.
