Check ebay for a blue "herbal" pill that looks like viagra and is marked as an 8000mg blue pill. These come in packs of four and contain Sildenafil citrate. Work out at a few dollars per pack.

I also got maxman 40% and maxman 3 from there libiman, which i'll try later on. they have good communication and their products seem legit.

What other options are left if we abandon these Chinese boner pills, some of which are very effective but NO one will like to take them at the risk of their lives.....

most of the good ones that i take may state various herbals on the pack for obvious reasons concerning legalities ect however the most of them are the same as Viagra with the main differences being in refinement and concentrations, the genuine herbal types that do not contain sildenafil citrate consist of mostly filler and a low concentration of one or two cheap herbs and they just do not do anything much, there are a few genuine herbal libido formulas around being sold in the Chinese meds but they are rather the exception than the rule.

As far as health is concerned i would advise anyone who is concerned with consuming the Chinese Viagra to not take the products because the negative thinking mixed with a portion of faith will in all probability cause more harm to the individual than the actual products ever will....
