Ok will paste up a link for some appropriate foods although first just a few health tips.

Its fairly important in my consideration to avoid the consumption of substances that are detrimental to libido health like, trans fats, excessive amounts of dietary fats and sugars, the over consumption of food , also poisons like cigarettes and some drugs and food additives.

One of the best cell cleaning and cell regeneration exercises is doing some moderate aerobic exercises for 20 -30 minutes at least several times a week, or what is even better is to do some Lymphasizing on a mini trampoline.

Whenever i go for a good swim or take a bath in the ocean this always refreshes me and also makes me really horny, i wonder why....

Hey Iscalo i agree after conducting several months of testing Super-P-Force is good however i also found and tested Viagra Super Dulox-force (Sildenafil Citrate + Duloxetine) which actually works better and less product is needed to obtain the same result as the S-P-F , Give the VS-D-f a go cause i think you will really like it, and it is also easier on the system than the SPF, this seller is very reliable http://store.rx-unioncorp.com/buy-viagra...e-usa.html

I just found this site over the weekend and am enjoying reading about the different Herbal pills for ED. I have been taking Viagra, Cialis and now Levitra for many years. (I am now 65 years old and my wife and I still have a very active sex life.) These pills have worked very well for me but after using them for awhile I have changed from one to another pill due to the side effects that they have caused. After reading the posts on this site, I am thinking about trying some of these herbal pills in place of the prescription drugs. It seems that the three that appear to be very popular are YonGGang, Ying Da Wang and Zhengongfu. I would like to cycle these to reduce the possibility of my body getting used to them. Any suggestions to that would be helpful.
I am presently taking 1/4 tablet of levitra and the side effects are not as much as the other two drugs but I would really like to get off these drugs and try something without a lot of side effects. I am not sure what would be a good dose in the three herbal pills that I mentioned.
If anyone could give me some suggestions or any other pills to try that would be great. I would really like to get off these perscription drugs.

I think that levitra is a good choice over sildenafil in the respect that it is Structurally more potent than sildehafil and for a 4-6 hour window of good action then levitra is a good choice.
However if you are thinking of getting off the drugs i would think again

because YonGGang, Ying Da Wang and Zhengongfu are certainly not genuine simple herbal products and their efficacy i would credit to either of the big three drugs ie sildenafil, tadalafil, and levitra. or superior analogue using refined Chinese herbal concentrates, ect

Having said this i have consumed the meds and have reached the conclusion that some of the pseudo herbal products do contain some good quality refined concentrations of the main drugs or concentrated Chinese herbal analogue and in many cases their action is far smoother and superior in their action than many of the main stream branded medications thus making these Chinese products most desirable when the genuine product is consumed.

I would by all means recommend you have some experimentation with some good genuine Chinese products because i do not think you will be disappointed in rotating some of the popular products and also experimenting with using lesser dosages of them also to find a few products like i have that that work for an excellent effect.

It is only the counterfeit Chinese products that give them a bad name because after all it is the genuine Chinese manufacturing labs where the majority of the worlds products are produced even many that are under license and carry a trade mark because of economical production costs are manufactured in Chinese institutions and thus the spawning of local Chinese products using world class technology and the exact same ingredients that make up the best of the world class trade marked branded products except different names labels and packaging of the good Chinese products.

Where as the Chinese products do not have the same promotional sales power as the world class patented brand names they do revert to the promotional marketing power of Chinese herbals to establish their best working products, and some of these products are absolutely great and this is the purpose of this thread in obtaining personal hands on opinions and product reviews from consumers world wide....

Thanks for the heads up on the different type of pills and info of why Y G may or may not be working.
So after lasting 4 min the other day a little bit after taking I was disappointed. But this morning, I woke up early and lasted around 12 min (the first time I used it, I ate mexican food with it and then I lasted like 11-12 min for a good week. I tried 2 pills with no luck, so then I tried 3 pills again and lasted 4 min, then yesterday I had mexican food and lo and behold now I'm back to 12 min lol) Not amazing, but it's a big step up. I'm thinking it just takes a while to activate in my system and has to do with the food.

Thanks to Terry and Iscalo I'll order both of these and update y'all.

Unfortunately it didn't clear customs and had to be sent back. I was extremely disappointed because I really wanted to try it. I just found another site that says they ship to Germany. I sent them a message asking about the shipping and customs, so now I'm just waiting to see what they say. Very frustrating with German customs being so strict.

Ok then get Tiger King shipped into Germany in a spirulina tablets bottle because spirulina tabs look nearly identical to Tiger King tabs....
