@MMM , on my post #42 the picture of the new amber bottles is more clear. If you click on the attached images, they will open with bigger resolution.

I ordered 4 bottles from Apex roughly 1 month ago with a delivery to Northern Europe. Everything was great on the Apex side (they even issued a refund a duplicate shipping payment, as I made two separate orders). Enter USPS. Needless to say, I do not have my package. Instead it was sent to Ghana in Africa, and is now lost without trace. I tried to find a logical way to contact USPS, but apparently there is none. In my first communication with Apex I was told, that it is apparently quite normal for USPS to deliver a package by having it circumnavigate the world several times over. But that was two weeks ago.

Very well, I can accept this loss, but I do wish to try out Core, Imprint, TKO, etc. So I asked them a few days ago, that if I were to make a new order, if it is possible for them to use a reputable shipping company... havent heard from them yet.

Is there any way I can get hold on Apex products?

Have you tried AromaFero yet since you are from northern europe? I know Paulius is selling Apex blends but I'm not sure if they come scented or unscented. Just mail him, he's pretty quick in answering your questions.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the tip, I will take a look at them.

My package finally arrived... more than a month later, after circumnavigating the world.

One just has to love USPS. While the logistics are sound, the logic of sending a package destined (for example) to the UK to Australia, then Japan, the Egypt, then to Canada, and then to Paris, and finally to the UK boggles the mind.

Any clue when the “new products” on the web site are actually going to be for sell?

I'm a bit antsy to get my hands on my beloved Mr. Vetiver myself! Thundr had some issues that had him laid up for awhile...and then much longer than anticipated. These delays sometimes happen with companies that are dedicated to quality and providing excellence to their customers. running my own businesses I am all too well aware that taking one's nose off the grindstone, for even a single day, creates three times as many issues to be dealt with upon one's return.

I am hoping they'll all be available soon, but am happy to wait until Apex is ready. Like Orson Welles said, "We'll sell no 'mones before it's time".

Edited to add: The Apex website has recently been updated and now states release dates of October 7th and 14th for the up and coming products.

Just ordered from Apex.

I find it weird that you get nothing once you put an order in. No estimated time shipping, no checking on order status, nada!

I trust thndr with my bank but this seems a little odd to me.

Emailed him, he hasn't gotten back to me.

We shall wait and see...
