i'm also taking deer antler velvet and haven't gotten any sores what i do see is more energy sometimes it scares me a bit cuz i'm doing more than what i had thought i was going to do

Yeah, I tried the deer antler velvet tablets, they didn't seem to do anything. If I order it again I'll get the liquid.

Also, keep up the good work! It's a bitch losing weight, but it's not pretty keeping it either.

You are going to love the weights man. I think they are the best tool for loosing excesive fat also. Don´t forget to take a look at the blog i told you in other posts. Stronglifts 5X5. Simple, short and effective as hell.

Cheers.

Talk to you soon.

Thanks extra -- I've looked at the Strong lifts 5x5 and the Starting Strength program, both of them look good and have very positive reviews on reddit /r/fitness, both of them are the most recommended programs out there for beginners! Unfortunately I don't have any of the gear for that, nor the money to join a Gym (I know, it's a damn shame I literally don't have $20 a month for a gym membership).

Although, today is the first day I'm going to workout with my buddy and his trainer. I'm not sure what type of system he's on, but I know they do a HUGE amount of reps starting with no weight and progressively working their way up to your max, then taking weight off a little at a time while still doing lots of reps.

I'm not sure what type of weight lifting this is, because it's nothing like SL5x5 or SS, however my friend lost a huge amount of weight in a very short time.

Congrats on your losses so far, keep up the great work. You might want to look into a product called Plexus Slim, pretty amazing stuff, not cheap but does work well with normalizing glucose levels and dropping pounds big time. I have a few patients on it and they are averaging 7-10 pounds a month and none of them have complained about being hungry.

The squats will slowly boost your T levels and yes Soy and Tofu to a degree will lead to an increase in E levels in your body and those do nasty things for sure. Might want to look at some AI for controlling and lowering E levels. Body Building sights are amazing sources of information for AI's as with roid use and increase in T levels, there can also be a rise in E levels and the roidies know every trick in the book to prevent or lesson the effects.

Best of luck and continued success !!!!

So yesterday was my second workout with my trainer... Fun stuff, my legs are dead!

We did 90 squats with weight, 90 deadlifts with weight, 50 curls, 75 reps of something I can't name, but it's for your back, 40 situps.

It was a bit of a quick night, and friday he's out of town so I'll be back in my garage with only a few weights, unforunate but I'm really looking forward to next monday!

Workouts and weight lifting are going great, my diet went to shit because I hit a plataeu and tried switching diets like three times and ended up where I started.

I've been doing a lot of reading and talking with some of the helpful members at Pherotruth and I believe I've devised a plan to help push my body and nutrition in the right direction to crash this plataeu, now that I'm in better shape than when i started the journal I'm going to try HIIT again.

I'm enjoying what I've accomplished, but I've got a lot of work to do,

My body is finally comfortable enough to run again !!!

I started some HIIT, which is fancy talk for burst of running with cooldown walks in between, I do it for about 20 minutes between lifting days.

Still lift 3x a week.

Started a new diet, thanks to talking with a member on the board, Basically a Ketogenic diet with a carb up on the weekends.

I'm down 5lbs since my last visit to this thread, I think I may finally be breaking my plateau. My strength is increasing and I'm continuing my healthy eating and lifestyle changes.

Besides being down 5lbs more, I'm pleased to say a mini NSV (Non-scale victory) is my lifts have increased. Yesterday I pulled off 10 reps of deadlifts with 185lbs. That's not the most impressive lift, but for a fat guy weighing 350.5 lbs, it's a bit of a choire doing deadlifts and squats without the weights! I may still be about the same weight, but my body compisition is slowly changing. I'm getting leaner at the waist and in the chest.

Muscle wise, my shoulders are gaining definition as well as my chest. My clavicles and adams apple are now more visible (was too fat for them to be seen before, no joke).

Started taking creatine yesterday, we'll see how it increases muscle growth for me.

Good on ya! An improvement is always good.
Diet is always contentious, but for me apples work.
They detox and go through your system.
3+ apples a day seem to keep my weight the same regardless of how much junk i eat.

Interesting... I'm on a Ketogenic diet, one of the few diets in the world that doesn't allow fruit (no sugar or carbs on this diet).

If and when my diet changes, I'll be sure to keep that in mind.
