Last week i received my http://www.iherb.com/Herbal-Powers-LJ-10...Grams/8307 I have used LJ extract in the past but oh boy this stuff is the most concentrated and potent version i have ever experienced, instead of using it at 100 mg per day for five days on and two off, i have inserted mine into capsules @ 200 mg ea and i will cycle 200 mg day for three days on and then two days off . .

I AM. Out of my mind

There's a lot of fantastic products out there for energy. One of the more insane ones you can get is Yohimbine -- It's bark from a tree from Africa... It gives you a boner that can scrape paint off a car, and a HUGE surge of energy... But it's a slow release... Like, 2.5 hours after ingestion.

You have a very inspirational journal, Gojira. Good for you. Out of curiosity do you notice any increase in self-esteem?

You sound like a very goal oriented type of person. Very admirable.

Fack, I can not even decide what to wear out of my mone stash.

Absolutely on all counts! I have a LOT more self esteem, I honestly feel much better about myself and my appearance and I am very goal driven. I actually just made a new thread showing my face and how much weight loss has effected it.

I forgot to mention in my reply to terry, I'm down an additional 6lbs since my last weigh in last Wednesday, I finally crushed my plateau and am back onto losing weight, and 6lbs in a week is a LOT of weight!!! So we'll see if this keeps going.

Damn straight, buddy. Getting rid of that plateau, whether it being losing weight, or the plateau of attempting to lift more weight is a very daunting process, yet a very glorious achievement when met.

Good on you. Keep striving.

I also use some Yohimbe bark i have the Goodnnatural 1000 mg caps i have been using it for several years every morning at around 3 am i take about 1/5 of a cap with a cofee, i regard it as a great health supplement because it opens all the smallest of blood transportation vessels up to allow improved circulation, shit the first time i used it i felt or my toes and all the outer extremities of my body tingling like anything it was then that i realized that the stuff was doing something good.

I read the description of it, Terry. what benefits have you discovered by using it? General energy, vitality?

When i have consumed 500 mg of the variety of Yohimbe that i use then it certainly improves the quality of my circulation in the region of my genitalia he he, however this is associated with somewhat of an increase in blood pressure and mild flushing and i did read some where that it was not so good to consume this herb on a regular basis, and that is the reason i only use 150 to 200 mg per day as i do notice a decent all over body toning and invigorating type of effect for my weight of 150 lbs when i use this amount as a simple tonic, having said this i also use a variety of many other herbs and botanicals and i would guess that the Yohimbe may combine with these to produce a positive synergy within my system because i feel energetic and great most of the time...

Big Grin

Longjack is amazing, especially if you are terry's age. I ordered some more herbal powers as well. Its very good for weight lifting etc, sexual benefits a bonus.

I personally would stay away from Yohimbe. I read somewhere from a trusting source that the shit can mess with your heart. There are aother herbs that can do the same thing and more.

Down 115lbs, lifting heavier and getting in better shape.

I fit in a 3x now, down from 5x. I also have some 2x clothes that I purchased as a goal reward... Not gonna fit if I don't make it !

Been afk awhile.
