So I am wanting to create my own little creation.

I have been looking around to buy single mones, mainly between androtics and luvscent. Am I correct to deduce the following:

Luvscent has guarenteed 1mg per 1ml, while androtics only has 2mg per 5ml (at maximum choice of 50mcg/spray)? Just wanted to know if I was reading that right?
Anyone every used these singles from these companies? Is there a reason for this if I am right especially considering the cost diffrence (ie. quality, effectiveness?)

Lastly, are there any other companies that I could look at.
