FCO mixes very nicely with alcohol in my experience. I keep bottle of pre-mixed spray solution around that is ethanol with 10% FCO and 10% monolaurin. It never separates between uses.

My D3 came in a base of olive oil, which also dissolved cleanly into the alcohol.

With regard to self-effects, I seem to be unusually susceptible to them, so my advice is to try this stuff in the wild and see if you notice any changes in the mood or behavior of those around you.

I've had trouble using softgels for these projects. I prefer capsules or tablets and then get rid of the insolubles, or at least keep them away from the pickup for the spray head.

I've been testing D3 the last couple of days and I haven't seen much in the way of hits. But I miscalculated my dosage, so hereis my mix:

I put 4000IU into 4mL of alcohol and let dissolve for 3 days. Instead of filtering, I used a pipette to pull the alcohol off of the insolubles. My 4mL spray bottles take 110 sprays to empty. So my D3 is about 0.909mcg per spray. I've only been using 2 sprays. I just tried 4 sprays or about 3.6mcg and I don't get the uplifted self-effect. I really don't get much of a self-effect at all.

I'll try some stronger doses around people and see if it works.

I think that when I use D3, it gives me a slight raspy/sore throat the next day.

I'm using "NatureMade" D3 from wally marty. 100 tablets were under $5.

Okay, now I find it a little hard to type this out. My fingers are typing very slowly and I really have to think about what I'm going to write. I find it almost fascinating just watching my fingers hunt and peck along the keyboard. I could almost watch them all night. It's almost entertaining watching fingers on a keyboard.

Also, I'm forgetting how to spell common words like "throat" and "interesting."

Interesting.

If anybody's looking to try this out, I found a ready-to-go liquid version for $6 on Amazon: http://amzn.to/nWNZWn

Any idea if the MCT oil (medium-chain trigyclerides) which sounds like glycerin to me would prevent aerosolization?

Can't say for sure, but I don't think it would present a problem.

This is shaping up to be a really nice pheromone. At 3mcg I notice mood elevation, reduced internal dialog, increased interest in whatever happens to be going on, and increased focus. Higher dosages get loopier.

I still haven't had much chance to test this in public settings, since my schedule has been really irregular the last couple of weeks. But I have a very good feeling about it Smile
