Here are some of my findings with that substance I have written in my journal but it seems to make sense to also post it here!

How would you use it though? How do you measure it well enough to know that you are getting x mg per mL. Especially with the warnings listed for toxicity. Do you need a really expensive scale to measure mg's, or is there a better way? My scale only goes down to .1g, which is 100mg. Maybe I just need an expensive scale.

Or rig up a balance to give my .1g scale a multiplication effect.

Alternately, if you didn't have a sensitive enough scale handy, you could create a stock solution and use that. For instance, you could add .1g of your molecule to 10mL of diluent to yield 10 milliliters of 10mg/mL solution. You could then just calculate the volume of solution which contained the desired mass of your molecule, pipette it out and measure it with a graduated cylinder, and add more clean solvent until you reach your desired volume, yielding the desired concentration. The advantage here is that it is significantly easier to measure out a volume in the range of 1mL (uses a piece of cheap glassware with no moving parts or required calibration) than it is to measure out a mg of dry molecule (requires a scale, which is more expensive, complicated to use, and more subject to mechanical error). Especially when you're dealing with very small masses, even moving air in the room can throw off a mass reading. However, 1mL looks like 1mL except in the stormiest of conditions.

Took 3 days to get 50 ml.
This concentration let you really do small mixes.

Please corrected me if wrong:

Centrifuge Procedure:
Dial Setting 20

500 mg/ 1.25 ml = 25 drops (my pipettes)

PureBulk - D3 - 100,000 IU/G

50,000 IU = 1250 mcg
1250 mcg ÷ 25 drops = 50 mcg per drop

You got a centrifuge!
