A friend got me to try Cordyceps and I am impressed by the effects.

I did a quick search on the forum to see a few posts on the subject, but no dedicated thread.

My endurance has increased significantly, I'm calmer, my breathing and sleep is better ( and I thought I was fine and didn't need any help in these categories) and I just feel great. I feel slightly stronger and just centered.

Other reports mention a libido spike and I can't say I have noticed anything significant, but I take other things For that.

I didn't have a reason for taking this supplement other than a friend knows that I like to experiment.

My point is that I saw improvements in areas where I didn't have a problem. I use the house brand from the vitamin shoppe and take it twice a day.

I've been pondering getting either the cordyceps or lion's mane from Nootropics Depot. I have been taking some other products from them. Would be interesting to possibly try the cordyceps.
