As I opened my package today, I noted that I felt something other than my two bottles of CORE. I thought that you may have packaged two bottles into one. As I came upon my first hour of trying to get into the package, (you wouldn't be any chance be one of Santa's Helpers would you? 'Cause you packaged the hell out of my package!!!! lol) I finally got inside. Took a sip of cold water, rested a minute or two, and pulled off the bubble wrap.

Nope, no two bottles into one, but a gift labeled SLIDE. What on Earth!?!?!!? Did I miss something? Is it IMPRINTS' new name? Any hints, or will I have to test this BLINDLY?

What I did miss was the 'SHAKE WELL' on CORE. I haven't been shaking mine, but I will start now.

Yep shake those bottles. Its essential to get a homogenous mixture of ingredients before you spray. There are many layers in those bottles and a good shake before use remixes those layers back into each other.

Upon creation these layers were uniformly mixed together but over time that bastard gravity gets to work and separates the mix. A good shake will keep gravity's ass in check. Think of it like just buying a bottle of chocolate milk. You wanna give a good shake to mix it before you drink. Think of the heavier ingredients in my mixes as being the settled chocolate on the bottom.

Onto Slide. I made a 50ml batch to test a unique driver combination. It has 2 drivers not just one. Im trying to raise the bar on myself. Lol
I poured 10ml into a bottle and mixed it in a new scent pack ive been testing. So its relatively unscented except for the fixatives and a dash of diffusion enhancers. I actually kinda like how light and fresh it is and it sticks around while holding onto its pheromone piggybacks.

I will never charge for a mix that Ive not tested out and have a 100% grip on. However that doesn't keep me from giving away the other 40 ml for some of you guys to have fun with. My chick did her random surprise thing again so 3 orders so far have Slide in them. 1 bottle left to go out to a random order this week/weekend. During this time I will also be testing Slide to see if the 2 driver experiment works.

I dont want to let out too much testing results but so far its looking pretty good. It actually named itself during my first run with it.. and thats all im going to say about that. Haha

Slide is related to imprint in a distant way.

I took out Androstadienone and replaced it with 2 different molecules. This, in turn, forced me to adjust a couple ratios to get it where I wanted. Slide shares some of the backup singers of imprint yet brings a whole different sound. I originally just tried to remove A.1 but somehow I ended up twisting and turning it into some freak ass mr potatohead type chop n drop. So Slide ended up being an albino version of imprint. Related but not really.

I also didnt need the huge amount of anti conversion ingredients that imprint has so I added a few more surprises.. most notably some added unique molecules to increase diffusion. Slide is alot faster acting than imprint.

Imprint is slow acting and takes its time. This is not a speedy hit machine like core. Heres why..

I needed this delay for the ingredients in imprint to work their magic. The accessories to the Androstadienone in imprint take time to leave a mark. IME it can take around 2-4 hours for a good A.1 supplement to go from casual comfort to leaving its impression. Oftentimes this is the window of conversion as well. So in order to get the other ingredients to perform at the party along with the Androstadienone (which some can take up to 4 hrs to do the deed) I needed to slow conversion and slow diffusion. That was the tricky part.. making everyone play nice together in a decent timeframe and as a whole. The entire formula needed to make it past the 3-4 hour mark well into what I call the imprinting zone.

Apologies if this seems overly complex. Lol. I really wasnt kidding when I said my mixes are intricate. The more work you put into something the more you get out of it. In my eyes thats the only way to take things to the next level of performance. Slide ended up being just as complicated but I took it in a slightly different direction.
