I have never used jacked or the ultimate spray but I really want to give it a try. If your hip has been hurting for a long time you should get it checked out. It could be your joint, a pinched never, or your out of alignement and need to see a chiropractor.

I used some that I purchased from Tonic Apothecary a year or so ago and used it for 4 months when busting it pretty hard at the gym. I will say that my recovery time was definitely less than without and it did seem that I noticed a decrease in TBF during that period more so than previous heavy workout bouts.

I honestly don't know that I can say I found any improvement in the bedroom, but the results in the gym were more than enough for me to purchase again next month when I hit my heavy routine for 90 days again.

I might try some from Nutronics or the other source this time.

does it help fat loss? I guess if you're lifting a lot and it cuts recovery time it could speed up everything. More muscle you have the easier it should be to burn off fat. I'm a big guy but also over weight

It definitely decrease my BMI numbers more than just lifting and doing cardio normally does alone. So yes, I would say it definitely helps burn fat faster, working out just intensifies that burning process.

I think I will stick with my normal source for IGF-1. Seems like a lot of drama with this company and chips is super stupid. Cenegenics works amazing but I just can stand taking all those pills so I stopped lol.
