I'm sorry to hear that. I truly wish you the best of luck in trying to resolve things with her. I think you made a great choice with GOA + THU. Currently i have captain and THU in my cart right now and am just waiting for money to buy the stuff. John has been amazing with his customer service... I sent emails to garry and chris about their products and never heard back so take that for what it's worth. I believe John genuinely wants to help more than he cares about making money.

I had some trouble hearing back from Garry myself, but eventually he came through. He's been extremely busy lately. As for Chris, he answers promptly in my experience, but that could just be me.

Thanks! And John was awesome. Shot him an email about throwing in a sample of THU, and he got right back to me. Got my GOA today, ahead of schedule with the sample. Customer service was awesome. Put on three drops (because why not), and I'm gonna see what type of reaction I get from the receptionist during my guitar lessons tonight!
