So the key is getting in a field where you can move up and make a lot of money fast. That way when you work for jerks at least you know that it going to reward you big in the future.

The other option is pick something you enjoy work there love it but its a cap on how much money you can make then a new boss comes who hates you and your dream job is now a nightmare and the pay sucks.

I choose what paid the most and now im wealthy and dont need to work and im just 31 my friends choose a field they loved and now they are just getting by because of the economy and they hate their bosses and tell me all the time they made as mistake.

A third option is to quit working for others and start for your self.
I did that, and tough im not wealthy (yet), i never regreted a second. Its hard work, but its so much easier working hard when you know its for your own.
The only problem would be if my business fail. I dont think i could go back being an ordinary employee working with leaders above my head.

Ah the 3rd option often the hardest to be successful at but most rewarding when you are.
