That's odd. I placed an order in July and received it with no problems at all. Sorry you're having difficulty. Maybe try emailing hax until you get an update.

I have sent another one today, hopefully I hear something back this week.

So I got a response from Brad today just apologising and he even refunded the international shipping cost which was pretty cool! Hope to try out my first products from HAX shortly!

I ordered the combo pair of X22 and Holy Grail on the 19th and it took a while to ship as well. Emailed them after a week and quickly got the response: "X22 is on a slight back-order and we thought we would have it ready to ship...but that hasn't happened. We send the batch out for stability testing and it isn't back yet. We're sorry for the delay - so we'll add an extra bottle HG in the shipment."

Just been notified it has been shipped today! Weird how he never got back to you as I got a response in a couple hours. Looks like X22 is back and hopefully your order shipped

Communication should never be an issue.

Ordered from them twice this year and didn't have any problems.Took like a week to ship first time tho.I must be lucky.

They claim they shipped, but I never received it. When I logged in to check the status of the order it said "Unfulfilled". I asked them to give me a tracking number of the sent package.. They never produced it, but "resent" a 2nd one, and gave me an extra bottle for my troubles. Its funny because it now says "Fulfilled" when I log in, and I was e-mailed a tracking number. I never received the product yet, but everything appears to be taken care of to my satisfaction.

I'll have to see how well the product works to determine if its worth the trouble of ordering again. The reviews here, and in other places say its an outstanding product, and Brad seems like a heck of a nice guy.. But communication, and shipping issues need to be resolved. I get too nervous when I pay someone, never receive the product, and e-mails go unanswered for days. If something is on backorder, or out of town and can't ship.. That's fine, just let your customer know..
