Well, I thought I'd sign up and post later on about my experiences with Ascend and Connections. I just wanted to see the reactions of these females in the gym that I go to 4-5 week. I'm already am a gym rat, and got the confidence already, but I want to see what really happens. I am very excited. Although I'm still waiting on my order from Steve, I'll browse on and read good stuff on here!
