I have been working on losing weight.....tried a couple of hyp tracks and subliminals. I usually give them about three weeks and if I don't notice anything positive I stop.

Just got some hypnosis and affirmation tracks from Steve G Jones. He had a sale where everything was a dollar and while in some ways I don't find his hypnosis tracks to be very artfully done after less than a week of listening I am finding myself to have dropped the compulsive eating patterns I had been struggling with.

You need to listen 8 hours each for 2 months.Real subliminal alpha male works for me.I am currently doing alpha male 6.0 it works, but kind of hard on you and takes 7 months).

I gained some weight when I quit smoking 3 years ago, low carb is what ultimately worked for me. I just thought I'd share that.

I've been using As3's subs for a month now, so far no concrete effects yet but I'm sure the effects are subtle and gradual.

I'm a bit wary of downloading some subs from torrents, I saw a post from way back that some publishers add a little subconcious landmines for pirates.

I will be honest. I am not sure subliminals are very effective, if at all. I have been running some hypnosis tracks and having great luck with those.

I also plug my phone into a speaker and listen to affirmation tracks while I sleep.

The Steve G Jones stuff has been quite effective.

Depends on whAt goals u want. Hypnotic is good . Also Google vanquisher extreme , i have seen results from this as well.

Also while i think of it google binaural beats. Not hypnosis but it does work. Neuro programmer is a program that generAtes the beats and is very good!

Very curious about this Vanquisher xtreme. Did you buy it? I seem to have found a 23 mb file, how did you use it?

Yes i bought it years ago . Before i got into hypnosis and i didnt understand it. i have been meaning to get back into using it. There is a forum on that site and people say to use it while awake but the instructions say to do it while laying down.

I put it on while going to bed and had it on a loop.

Side note. I was going through a bad break up during that time and after a few sessions the pain of it was decreased. Its still there but its now less.

Message me before u buy it for more info if u want

I bought Vanquisher Xtreme back in about 2005. It certainly has effects but mostly not positive. I found myself feeling really irritable and impatient. It's like the negative side effects you get when you first start using Bad Wolf.

I wouldn't recommend it.

I didnt use it much. But i felt i got positive effects from it myself
