Logged onto the website to order Taboo and got prompted to sign up for newsletter for discount code. Now I'd have signed up regardless given the obviously high regard Steve is held in. Went ahead and registered my account and loaded shopping cart and the discount code got rejected.

Knee jerk reaction was to log out and order something else for now instead. Typical petty human BS reaction (I'm as guilty as anyone else of them) given it's already a good price for a well regarded offering.

Anyone else have this problem?

The discount code is stated in the newsletter email that you receive. I haven't had the problem yet. You can email Steve for help. However, if it's the latest newsletter you're talking about, the promo expired last 16 February.

I didn't see any date but I got it today when I logged in to place an order. It stopped me so I wonder if it's effected others. Guessing there is a gap between the issue of each news letter. Might be better to create a separate code...

I find this happens often. They had an ad on the site that was suppose to give you a 20% discount for Taboo, but it didn't work although it was still being advertised. You have to jump on the codes fast because they will expire soon regardless if it says it or not.

Hey Frank where is this alleged Taboo discount you write about? If you ever have a problem using a coupon code you should contact us, because we have hundreds of members who successfully use them. If we have an ad running for something, well that's news to me. I'd like to correct it and of course honor any promo's we run

Every monthly newsletter is given a time frame. They have clear terms on the bottom, but most people don't actually bother reading them. The discounts are good on anything retail in the cart but not on beta mixes, pheromone molecules or research molecules. If you have those in your cart the coupon will not apply. Of course if you have questions I am more than happy, willing and capable to hook you up. I don't post here anymore because of, well I just wont.
