So I went in and ordered a drink, sang a song, and things seemed to be going alright. Got some recurring interest from a cute blonde (looked like Lily LaBeau haha), took it as a hit because she kept leaving her guy friends to come talk to me for most of the night. However, I ran in to girl two at the bar who was a friend of mine, and started having a conversation with her (this is about 2 hours after the second spray). All of a sudden I felt this incredible sadness come over me - I'm sure the alcohol wasn't helping, but it was very different from having one too many drinks... I felt like I wanted to die, and that the whole world wanted me to as well. I said I wasn't feeling well and excused myself, not wanting to be the super depressed and lonely guy in the bar. About 5 minutes later as I was walking home, I ran in to a friend of mine, who asked me how I was doing because I looked down. I couldn't do anything else but burst in to tears and ramble for a few minutes on stupid shit that didn't really warrant the reaction I was giving it. I ended up making it home alright, and passed out.

The next morning I woke up feeling physically fine, but emotionally I was still a wreck. I ordered pizza and ate it all day because I was too depressed to cook anything, and lied on the couch in an almost-catatonic state watching TV for about 8 hours straight, before going to bed. By day-two post application I woke up feeling at least motivated to get up and take a shower, cook breakfast, etc, but I had this funk about me that is just now going away (this is day 4 post-application).

It was one of the most uncomfortable and lonely times I have felt in many years. It really is a shame because I like the idea of the effects of dienone on women, but I never want to live through the self-effects again. I seem to get better hits with good ol' none and a social buffer than I do with dienone, so I think I will be leaving it be.

People prone to Androstadienone depression usually experience it mightly at the hand of l2k esp v2. I did for days (4) after use I couldn't even get out of bed.

However, not all products are as bad.. Don't give up just yet.. AM doesn't cause severe depression in me (I've used it on and off for 2 years). At best case no depression, at worst case depression for 1 day.. Not so bad if the date went well and you recover at home the next day without going out.

If you're sensitive to Androstadienone either don't use it, or use it sparingly like 1 -2 x week.

I am very Androstadienone sensitive but use taboo which has Androstadienone but doesn't cause me problems, and Am which has Androstadienone .. I use 1 spray Am and 2 sprays taboo without problems most of the time. These have worked for me.

Also get your testosterone levels checked out. Androstadienone sensitivities tend to also bother men who are low normal in test. I use androgel and after having it increased from 5.0 mg to 7.5 mg I can use more Androstadienone and more often without nearly as much problems.

Also having some instant shine or taa on hand does wonders.. I don't use it with Am or taboo but if I experience the blues on occasion due to Androstadienone usage 2 sprays of double strength IS get me feeling on top of the world. Its fantastic stuff to keep on hand when you need a lift. I don't use it on a regular basis as I want it to have SELF effects of bright mood and this happens if you don't get used to a product too much.
