Im new here and Im looking for some advice.

I am 20, live in NYC, recently moved here from London.
My problem is that I am very shy, quiet and under confident for my age and gender.
Despite growing up in a major city where the population is really high.
I have been exposed to conversation situations and people pretty much all my life, so I find it hard to understand my shyness and its remaining on me.
Conversation situations make me very self conscious, I cannot seem to relax and have a good time.

I was wondering what pheromones can do?
I want something with heavy self effects, something that can help make me less shy, more confident, less self conscious.
I've ordered some original glace, because of the good reviews I've heard.

I think a good social is what I want out of all the types of pheromones.

If you really want to shift from being introverted to extroverted, my best recommendation for 'mones would be Bad Wolf and OD. Self effects are through the roof, and it will FORCE you to adapt. But they will only be part of the picture. It is up to you to place yourself in settings where you must be social, must be outgoing. There is no magic potion, only tools to get you what YOU want.

I would say a social is the opposite of what you want right now, unless you are going to be dilligent about putting yourself out there, and DRIVING IT.

im suggesting to listen for subliminals for shyness then u can look up for pheromones, subliminals have permanent effect so pheromones can enhance your abilities to attract beautiful girls

I second subliminals. They'll take you a lot further than pheromones can in this area. Subliminal-Shop is a great one. Avoid RealSubliminals, their effects are placebo at best.

As for pheromones? I've been recommending this a lot lately, and with good reason...SXD-9! It promotes a feeling of being comfortable in your own skin. This self-effect can be far more important than what the heavy hitters have to offer. I strongly suggest not overlooking this one.

Bad Wolf would be an interesting one. I haven't tried it yet, but it could be a lot of help to you. I'd love to hear back if you try this.

Man, wich one would you recommend?
Here I am seeing a list that has Alpha Male, sex magnet and other subliminals, and thinking why would I want the first one over the second if I can get to fuck girls?

The Alpha Male subs are a pre requisite of the Sex Magnet subs. Meaning you can only do SM after you've done AM. Do the AM first, it's really good. I did it and it was life changing for me.
