It's okay. This section in the forum is meant for customers who are having problems with orders or service, to voice their issue so that I can more promptly attend to them.

Our email boxes are filled with so many inquiries and offers and spam and etc. that it can be difficult to sort them out sometimes, especially during large workloads.

I'll get back to you on your order first thing tomorrow.

Thank you Chris. Even not considering the fact you were sick, and over worked, YOUR dedication to solving the problem impresses me. I work in Customer Relations and such problems in the USPS and I see that you actually care and will go the extra mile, which very few people do.

I will also say to the entire forum you PMed me to call. I am not a phone guy and you PM'ed me at about midnight my time. That is a late night for you. I greatly appreciate your help.

I work tomorrow at 7 am Eastern until 8 pm Eastern then have other obligations to attend to and then plan on going out. I have about 30 minutes in house before I leave then its sleepy time when I come back.

I don't think the phone thing works for this customer. If it slows down the resolution time I am fine with that. I trust you enough to know you will resolve it.

On another note, I was worried my Express Package would be a signature confirmation (How stupid of me to not request no signature) but to my delight you waived it to begin with. You understand your customers well.

I can email from my phone for the vast majority of my day, and am stuck on the phone with customers quite often on the work line, but can reply semi-promptly via email

Hi ,

I ordered 10 ml/ 20 mcg dropper bottle of DHEAS on Jan 23 , never got an order confirmation / order number.
I sent an email last week and got a reply from Sasha that "Alpha Dream is pleased to know that you received your latest order " on Feb 1 .
I replied immediately to say that I did not receive anything , and if the email meant to say that Alpha Dream received MY latest order , or if there was tracking info .
Left a message yesterdays as well , have not heard anything back .
Chris , would you mind checking on the order for me ? I will PM you my name and address .
