Workout pheromones for women?
02-11-2012 11:10 AM

My family is joining the Y today. As I was getting ready I realized I don't know what pheromone to wear. Does anybody know what pheromones or mixes would be best for working out for a female?

I am thinking if I go alone I will wear Dominance Potion from LP. It makes me verrrry alpha. I can kick some serious ass on that. If however I am going to be mostly with my kids while there I will stick to a social.

I use Glace . At my gym we have a lot of group classes ( Spinning , Yoga etc) , and it is a very large gym where there are on average 30-40 people in these classes, and not always the same people either.Usually people will set up on their bike or yoga mat and just keep to themselves until the class starts . Since I started wearing Glace , I noticed a real difference in people approaching me, and starting conversations much more often , and I've made a few workout-friends .I have also noticed that the instructors and trainers pay more attention to me , both male and female . Glace is definitely a social magnet and seems to work in any setting. I would assume anything would work even more in a gym since you exercise and sweat , which should amplify the diffusion ? Sometimes I use 1 spray of Alfa Donna and some Pregnenolone with it for fun , even the cute 25 year old receptionist boys have a huge smile on their faces when they see me since I started wearing all my goodies to the gym . Plus I seem to get more motivated to go there in the first place once I spray them on , I assume its the self effects perking me up.

Cheers Smile

I don't get any effects at the gym from others. Too much sweat in the air at 24 hour fitness. Androstenone may improve endurance, though.

LOL I was searching for pheromones cause my friend Andrea wanted to put it on at the gym. This girl is fit and hot, so I don't understand why she'd want to but I came across this.

Makes sense to me I guess. I didn't know they'd work at the gym because of sweat, but I'm pretty sure pheromones are in sweat anyways!

Haha. Slims999, your choice of words could be misconstried. Not all phero wearing women are ugly and fat. Halo and fluffygirl for instance go to the gym, so I'm sure they are fit women. And if Halo's avi is of her, it's pretty obvious she's hot. Hot and fit girls wear Pheromones too! Smile For numerous reasons, not just for attracting attention. I also don't believe Pheromones will magically make you hot or fit. Seems to just boost whatever you're already working. I've worn Pheromones that weren't congruent and have seen people direct their reaction to someone else who fits the signature more.

Anywho, thanks for the suggestion fluffygirl. And halo for asking. Hadn't occured to me how useful Pheromones could be for working out. I took up pole dancing recently for strengthening, at this studio filled with snooty trophy wife women in orange county. While they aren't outright rude I'm pretty much ignored even when I try to be friendly. The instructor doesn't seem to spend a lot of time with me either when I get a spin wrong. She'll just say, "good. Great form." And walk away even though I KNOW it was off. She seems to only spend more time with her favorites in the class. And I'm terrible at kissing ass. Not in my nature.

Glace is next on my neverending list.

Do Cops also raise testosterone in women? If so, would that be good for weight training?

Personally I don't wear mones to yoga. I like to just go au natural and detox from my regular mone use. Let my body, endorphins, etc. do it's own thing when working out. Although there is a cute yoga instructor (the long hair, raw eating, hippie type Tender) so I might wear a bit of cops. ;)
