In my original post I mentioned that I tried therapy hypnosis and subliminals all to no avail which is why I am turning to pheromones. I however believe inner work is necessary and I think I will give subliminals another try. I saw there is a thread called modern man survival course. It seems that a lot of phero truth's posters found it helpful and I am going to try the subliminals contained there in. Thanks for the suggestion regarding inner work.

Thanks to all who have offered suggesting thus far. I was wondering about Overdose for my purposes. It seems to check all the boxes for what I am looking for. It has confidence status and also social effects. Do you think it is a good choice. If so, would it make sense to add a social say bliss glace or hypnotica. Also what about alpha treasures it also seem that it could be good for me. What are your opinions. Thanks.

Overdose is an excellent product but be careful with it. It is social/alpha/status product but no comfort. I love this product but I don't use it that often because its too strong. You could make some people uncomfortable or angry if you are not careful with how your handle yourself while wearing it.

I don't think APi is better for your goals. Actually, I'd think OD would be the better choice. OD is alpha yes, but I find its sexual (at low doses) and social (at high doses - 2 pumps) to be more prominent. OD's self-effects are more helpful for SAD, IME.

Introversion can often be more alpha than extroversion, depending on how you carry yourself. It's the added fear response that causes you to be perceived as beta. Don't let it get to you, remain confident and this won't happen (easier said than done, but do-able).

As someone who's used to heavy -Androsterone products, I haven't had much trouble in this department. I feel if you carry yourself too heavily, things can backfire, but considering the OP's personality, I don't see this being too much of a problem.

OP, you might try combining hypnosis with an alpha mix at night. I find this method helps the mix in question, A314 in my case, to get into your head and cause permanent changes.

For OD, it's best to buffer it without softening it up. 2 sprays CORE and/or 25mcg P96 works perfectly for this.

I've never used more than 1 pump at a time and I thought that was a lot.

How thinly did you apply the 2 pumps and how wide of an area over your body? Did it turn sexual or aggressive over time at 2 pumps or did it remain social the entire time?

2 pumps to the middle of the neck - it stayed social the entire time. Just a droplet-sized dose (!) seems to be enough for powerful sexual effects, as others have found.
