My computer's hard drive crashed two days ago (Damn those SSD drives), and I'm just getting it working again and up to speed and updated with all of our backed up data. Please give me some time to get back to everyone, and I truly apologize for shipping out some orders late.

Just really swamped at the moment and need some time to catch up.

The good news is we are about to start our long awaited summer sale as soon as we are caught up with everything. L2K may be released to coincide with the sale, I'm hoping to have it all ready in time : )

That sucks about the hard drives,always a pain when they die.I recover them for a living so i would know(:-p)Keep well chris and good luck catching up.106,that is hot(>_<)Thats cool about the summer sale,dheas and l2k are on my wish list so will most likely be picking up some(^_^)

Laaaaame! I hate it when a card drive craps out. Then you end up paying someone to recover what you should have never lost in the first place! *shakes fist*

Hey Jeriah, yes I have shipped your order placed on 28th june with priority shipping. Jesus man.. The order was shipped out on the 2nd of this month by global priority mail. You have the tracking number so what is the problem? Just wait a few days and it will be at your doorstep in Singapore.

I've ordered via priority shipping many times before and it will usually arrive much sooner, also it was past the stipulated time frame of 7-12 days, which is the reason why I called or messaged you in the first place.
Anyway I'm sorry to have repeated the posts when you could not reply since your computer was down. Also, the tracking is limited and doesn't say whether it arrived in Singapore or not. Just says "depart US sort facility" for like forever.

I'm still waiting for my order after 17 days.

If it says it departed from the US sort facility that means your package is in route, that it made it out of the states and it is somewhere over seas by that point. Basically it is on its way to you, and no matter how many times you call Alpha Dream, there is nothing more they can do to get it to you more quickly. They sent it to you via quality shipping methods. And if they could get it to you any faster, they would. It'll get there.
