I was wondering how long does it take you guys to receive your orders from XS? Gary's fast shipping over at LAL has spoiled me I think lol

Very quick - Even to the UK they usually manage within the week.

Two or three days at the most for me if I order before their daily cutoff of 2 PM CST. PXS has always been on point for me on delivery. And yes, Garry does a great job on delivery as well....just sometimes you have to bug him about the tracking number.

Never more than 3 days except on something that was special order.

I was wondering because it's been 3 days going on 4 tommrow and didn't receive any tracking number or anything just a confirmation that my payment went through. I will just wait

I got the same thing. Ordered on monday, never got a tracking number. Just heard that something was wrong with paypal, tho i never had this issue before. Received an automated message that my money was going to be returned, hasn't happened. Emailed them yesterday, still no response.

I'll wait until tm before i cast judgement.

Maybe you ordered some custom items, which lengthens processing times?

Update:

Got my money back, gonna re-order some product, this time using the same address for billing and shipping so as to not trigger a payment issue like last time.. Apparently, as a new customer, these two addresses have to be the same.

Update
Because I ordered a custom product they said it would take longer so on Wednesday they shipped my product out

My order shipped Wednesday and arrived today! Only took 2 days to get here! They also included some pop rocks candy and 3 free samples with my order (I got the large women's party pack). Can't wait to test things out at work tonight! I can hardly decide which spray to try first
