i am naturally fit and enjoy sports, and i wonder if that produces a bias in the type of mones i tend to naturally produce? if so, what type?

There is this popular idea about sport increasing testosterone levels. But actually, most of the studies have demonstrated that it's either not significant, or it just lasts for a few minutes and then drops back to normal levels right after the exercise.

This is of course assuming that you don't use supplements (natural or chemicals)...

Eat celery and corn if you want to naturally produce androstenone !

yea i heard about celery increasing -none levels.

i can be very intensely focused on a single thing, which i can imagine is an important characteristic to do competitive sports. not so much when socializing though.

i wonder if my fitness and focus produces a bias in my mones that cripples me socially, to some extent. i do not really bother to interact much with others, preferring to do my own thing, until i add social mones.
