So I am home with family visiting for my birthday. I wore perfect match around a friend who has always had a crush on me. He could not look away! It was unnaturally intense! My female friend was essentially invisible! Pretty cool :-)

if it's the friend has a crush on you, I'd say go for it!

Perfect match has a bit of a serious air. It may chase the commitmentphobes away. Great for filtering ;)

Unfortunately, the friend with the crush lives in another state and I couldn't ask him to uproot his life. So the first date is not with him.

I guess I will try gotcha again for this first date.. I'm considering that or nothing so I can establish a baseline to know what the effects really are!

Haha that's exactly what I did!! The date was yesterday afternoon and it went fantastically! I have to experiment and see differences with/without, eventually! I LOVE the scent of PM in blush, so I'll probably just keep using it for a while!

A side note... I had trouble sleeping and so I maybe slept three hours. We also drank a bit, I read both of those usually affect the mones... right? Either way, We had great chemistry even after the mones ought to have worn off! :-)

In my experience, rest is good for a great many things and running on 3 hours sleep is hard in any situation But it's usually the other way around with mones. If you over do it, they can tire you. Then rest and nutrition are exceedingly beneficial.

Alcohol will disinhibit people all by itself Some pheromones blends are created to behave in like manner, so the 2 together may have intensified the chemistry the 2 of you were already sharing Remember, mones are just a nudge in the (hopefully) right direction -- what the 2 of you shared is genuine

Pharoahman, I just applied like regular perfume. A few dabs to the wrists, neck, and collarbones. I put a tiny amount of sexology on my umm, sternum? Haha!

Usually with unscented LP blends my average is: A circle around the belly button, a five inch stripe across collarbone, each side of neck, each wrist and a circle on the back of each hand then smooshed around evenly. Then cover with favorite LP fragrance

If using a phero'd fragrance? I wantonly slather until satisfied I am a walking cloud of deliciousness (as I tend to love foodie scents) ^_~
