PheroTruth Archive is a non-commercial preservation project. If you believe that content preserved on this site infringes your rights, or that personal information about you should be removed, we will review your request promptly.

How to Submit a Request

Email us at pherotruth@pherotruth.org with the subject line "Takedown Request". Please include:

• The exact URL(s) of the content in question.
• A description of the content and the reason for your request (copyright, privacy, or personal-information removal).
• Proof that you are the rights holder or the individual concerned.

Proof of Ownership / Identity

To prevent bad-faith or fraudulent removal requests, you must demonstrate that you are the rights holder or the affected individual. Acceptable proof includes:

• For copyright owners: a statement that you are the owner (or an authorized agent) of the copyrighted work, identification of the work, and your contact details. A formal DMCA-style notice with a good-faith statement and a signature is preferred.
• For individuals requesting personal-information removal: sufficient information to confirm you are the person concerned. This may include a link to the original forum account or content, or other reasonable evidence connecting you to the material.

We may ask for additional verification if the evidence provided is insufficient. We reserve the right to decline requests that are clearly invalid, fraudulent, or abusive.

Our Commitment

Valid requests are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe. Where a request is granted, the relevant content will be removed or obscured from the Archive.
