I think it's underperforming because of the change in none supplier. It's not a bad product or a scam, but I just don't think it's as good as the original. I'll use it though and see where it'll take me. I'll try to spike it in some way too, let's pretend for a minute that NOS + p75 + TAC is the next big thing.

I used 4 bottles from 2011 to 2015. AM was the 3rd product I tried after Beaches and some cheap scam product. They were all consistent and did the same. I think the one I have now is from 2012, about 10% left, Black Spice scent, my least favorite of the 3 options. I've always used 2 sprays of AM, NOS is no exception. I live in Northern Europe and I agree the shipping price is too steep. DHL express. Back in the day it was $25 and AM itself was $55. I don't think it's fair to charge more for an inferior product, but it is what it is.

The Edge is currently around $30-35 from different vendors. It's a good sexual in my opinion. Doesn't make women as frisky as the old AM, but adding Taboo is a good way of mimicking the effects of old AM. Whatever decision you make, I'm sure AM NOS will give you what you need. Remember I've been spoiled in the past. It's not a bad product by any stretch. My main issue is obviously the price and the fact that I'm losing my patience with AD all together.

I ordered it in Sandalwood Musk, but for some reason I got it unscented. A bit shady if you ask me, especially when it clearly said "specify scent if desired" on the sales page.

Self effects are decent. The none hits pretty fast and the typical feelings of confidence and well being are there. My impression is that old AM is 100% power, current version 40% and NOS is around 70%. So at least it's better than the current version.

Effects on others seems decent. Got some halfway blatant hits here and there, mostly in the gym and stores. Haven't used it in a club or bar setting yet. It's pretty cold here now, snowy and icy. But that wasn't much of an issue with old AM. In all honesty, NOS doesn't hit as good and hard as old AM. It's probably because of the change in none supplier.

$80+$40 shipping for an okay sexual/attraction product means I won't recommend it. I still have some left of an old bottle saved for special occasions and just sniffing the sprayer takes me back. Old AM is definitely the superior product.

There are better sexuals out there for a better price. The Edge is slightly better than AM NOS and way cheaper. The Edge + Taboo is a great sexual combo in my opinion that can be used anywhere, though best in clubs and bars. AV + Impi is similar to old AM, best used in daytime.

RIP Alfa Maschio. We had a good run, but as they say, all good things come to an end.

What dosages do you use for The Edge + Taboo and the AV + Impi combos?

2 sprays Edge, 3 drops Taboo. Mr. Right now

Approx. 10 drops AV, 4 sprays Impi. Mr. Right

@ MacCauley; Do you have Evolve in spray form by any chance? If you do, could you do a comparison hits wise to your vintage bottle of AM/NOS?

Sure, I had Evolve spray until I gave it away. Didn't notice anything from it at all. Different doses, all types of scenarios. I haven't used any other product that I would really compare with old AM. The closest would be AV + Impi in terms of hits and how they happen.

Is that Impi Red? And did you buy it from LoveScent or directly from LaCroy?

I ordered directly from LaCroy. They only have one product named Impi, but to my knowledge it's the same formula and scent as what they used to call Impi Red. AV + Impi is my summer and vacation blend. It's strong, it's sexual, it's very attractive, has intense magnetism and hits hard, but it's also romantic. This blend doesn't intimidate at my doses, that's the only difference between this and old AM. Old AM was slightly intimidating.

I am actually quite surprised as it's a whole bunch of pheromones you're putting on yourself there.

It depends on the concentration and buffers. I tried 3 sprays of AM one time and overdosed. AM is a very concentrated product, a phero bomb. LAL offers lower concentrations in their products, they say apply enough to the point it smell right or like you would with any cologne. AV is OD proof in my opinion, the none is well buffered. The only time I've overdosed on AV was in a combo with BW and New Pheromone Additive. I was fine until I applied the New Pheromone Additive later that night. I see 10 drops AV as a medium dose. 4 sprays Impi mostly works as buffers, I get Androstadienone without adverse self effects mixed in with AV plus some other molecules from Impi and it's close enough to AM.

@ MacCauley; Any chance of you selling me a small portion of vintage AM? Like, 5 ml perhaps?
