Pago

Sounds like fun, how can i get counted in, how much $$$ does it take to get me in on some. I'm always looking to test single molecules. I wonder about mixed formula's because I don't know what is in them. There are so many I have yet to try.

But seriously, how can I throw a $ at this to get a some dienol to to do some research with?

I would like to contribute as well, if the prices aren't too high.
I want to research single molecules too.

I'd also love to get my hands on some dienols (and someday I surely will), but...

browse through the Name That Molecule forum and you'll see that there are SO MANY good molecules readily available that need more testing that it'll take us a year to get a handle on all of them and figure out how to mix them.

I'd love to see more people reporting on Epi-Androsterone, Pregnenolone, Alpha TH-DOC, Beta TH-DOC, Estratetraenol, Androstadienone , Androstenetrione, D3, D2, DHEA, DHEAS, 7-keto DHEA, etc etc etc

Alpha and Epi-Androsterone arriving soon from Alpha Dream.
Etrione will soon be mixed (gotta buy cyclomethicone to dillute it)

=)

I'll help with dhea!!!

I should have more ethanol in 2 weeks but I have slightly more than 7ml left

mengster, i use the 190 proof everclear(95%ethanol) 600ml for $7.50 after tax. incase you want ethanol sooner, the liquor store has it. Are you in a dry county?

Things operate a little differently in my country.

Ethanol, to my knowledge, is strictly only available in laboratories

I believe it is probably impossible to find perfumer's alcohol or dpg here too. I was told I need a chemist license to buy from the chemist's store.

Isopropyl is easily available in pharmacies but apparently it's destructive to mones. Just gotta wait

mengster-
Sorry, sounds like the good things only come to those that wait. Probably not a good idea to make your own moonshine from corn or potatoes either. I don't know if you should tell me what country you're from. Sounds like you could get in trouble for imbibing in the mones if they are really that strict. Denatured alchohol comes in many forms, i can buy a gallon at the store for about $10. I wonder if there is a way to add something that will bind with the denaturing agent and cause it to drop out of solution, leaving ethanol? -

dbot,
sure there are tons of chemicals out there that may have pheromone effects, but if tacitus said that Alpha and Beta Androstadienol were hits, and that Beta is the most hillarious mone out there, these should be solids to chase down and report on, comparing there effects to others, and using for solid research.

kind of like doing a jigsaw puzzle. you start with the easy peices, like the border, and then fill in the hard peices. If we got a line on single molecules that are already named, we might be able to nail down their attributes and thus keep them from making us guess on other ones. Especially with all the guessing that goes on when people compare molecules to P74-130. They say this might be this or that. But these tidbits we get need to be utilized.

I'm not saying we should miss out on cheap stuff like D3, DHEA, ETRIONE, and PEA. But, we need to strike whenever the iron is hot. If there is interest, we should culminate it and spin the wheels a little in a show of force.

Because if we let it sit and wait until everything else is figured out. We may all have lost precious time and effort from those forum members who dropped off after getting bored.

Yeah, but Chris will have dienol synthesized in a while. That's happening. In the meantime, I can personally attest to the pheromone effects of nearly every molecule I named. They're here. They're available. They do stuff. Test them.

You can use cologne or aftershave in place of pure ethanol. You can also use high-proof vodka if it's available.

If you don't like the scent of cologne, try using it just for a solvent, then dilute your final mix down with distilled water to weaken the scent.
