Chemical nomenclature can be a bitch to get right...

beta-dienol as we know it is 4,16-androstadien-3b-ol .. The difference between the 4 & 5 is huge in this case, as far as how the compound behaves. 5,16 is going to be completely different from 4,16 (the correct one).

lol.. 5,16-androstadien-3b-ol was molecule B from the molecule testing project -- the one that everyone said made them pissed off.

The CAS number for the correct compound is 23062-06-8, and catalog number A0565-000 from the company you purchased it from.

It's about $110 per 10 mg from them..

Whatever I've got, it's TAA!!

The 5,16 is referenced in this study - http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez...ds=3379959 - which is what drew my attention to it. It's also referenced in an old Love-Scent post talking about the stuff surfs_up was using when he referred to androstadienol...

The Steraloids catalog lists "androstadienol" as a synonym for the stuff I got...

Sample B is good stuff ...

looking at a 10ml bottle right in front of me

from TAA or Instant Shine i´d always get headaches ...

I just looked over the Molecule B summary again. Confusing results there.

I'm confused. But at least I can say for sure that this 5,16-b-dienol is good stuff. Very good stuff. And it's at least the right stuff to make my Natural mix based on the ratios in that study above.

In high dose is molecule B magic... But difficult in this dose for a complex mix...

@Johnny - How high of a dose? And are you using it straight from the concentrate or with a fixative/fragrance?

Straight and also together with Akuto. Best effects with 150mcg (6drops). You know my blind testing results, you can also read my results again.

Together with Trione the effects are still better.

Molecule B holds also much longer as TAA (45 minutes).

Right ..

and it works better dabbed ... or put on the drops directly on the skin ... than sprayed !
