I can smell androstenone, it smells bad, like awful B.O/stanky pee It needs a good cover - and one that won't bleed through!

The rank smell you smell in dp is the copulins. I've noticed it in the past, before applying it, it smelled sweet and pretty good...but once it got on my hand it smelled of something awful and it scared me. This was my first time experiencing a copulin and I was relatively new with mones so I put on more than I should and I spent a good hour or two later trying to get the poop smell off of me haha

straight from the bottle it smells kindof "sweet" to me.

I am one of those as well. Quite a pleasant smell to me actually.

So to me, but sometimes a burst of reeker odour comes out from the bottle. Nonetheless this sweetness is not present when put into your skin at all I think. With time I think the andostenone is the one which remains, as which happens with other products. It's like an acid or pungent odour, I would call it "acute" or high-pitched.

Two days ago I wore a drop of DP well covered and with hours passing and the heat of the office the atmosphere was more "charged" to me than the rest of days, to the point I left before than usual; indeed I had temple ache.

I'm finding that I can consistently smell androstenone and many other molecules. Sometimes days after application and several showers. My DP seems to be the longest lasting pheromone product that I've used to date. When I get the first whiff after application, this image of a fat hippy girl pops up in my my mind. Not trying to be mean, but it's true. And there are a lot of fat hippy girls in the town that I work in, so I know what I'm talking about.

I can smell, and perfectly discriminate between androstadienone, androstenone, and androstenols (hard to tell which isomer though). Interestingly, these are the Pheromones with a double bond between carbon 16 and 17.

I can't smell androsterone or epiandrosterone much when it's fresh, but a few minutes to an hour on my skin and it has an odor. I'm still working on the chemistry behind that.
androsterones have a double bonded oxygen on carbon 17.

[chemistry digression: In all of the above, carbon 17 is sp2 hybridized. In the easily detected ones, both 16 and 17 are. It's worth noting that this affects the shape and strain of the D ring and would thus likely affect which receptors it can bind to. These are the most studied pheromones. ]

Have you smelled AV on skin?I saw a post recently stating that it has no androstenone but to my skin AV has one of the longest staying buildup (maybe the longest).
