Hahaha yeah... I really dont like imperial units. Too confusing =[ Btw u cant add 32 and make it C because 1C does not equal to 1F. Fahrenheit system is not an "offset" of Celsius. ^__^

Btw im going to buy stuff to make pancetta 2mr. Lets see how it goes When are you going to start your duck ?

Mine start to dry now , sooooo gooooood. Also no smell !

Can't wait to see the finished product

Haha snakey the duck is getting drier and drier every day. Man, it should be done soon enough ^__^ Next Thursday is 1 week, but i guess i might leave it longer.

Haven't thought about it yet....

I watch out for Beccah,

You see that hunger in her eye? I wouldn't put it past her to go all ninja on you and swipe snakey for herself and halo.

LOL! You already know, huh?

The ducks are getting harder The one in the fridge is quite hard The one outside has dried a bit more but still quite squishy.

So I reckon I'll leave the one in the fridge for 3-4 more days, and the one outside for 2 more weeks.

~~~~~
This does not require any "cooking" :laugh4::laugh4::laugh4: haha
Let me know how it goes
