Haha snakey the duck is getting drier and drier every day. Man, it should be done soon enough ^__^ Next Thursday is 1 week, but i guess i might leave it longer.

The ducks are getting harder The one in the fridge is quite hard The one outside has dried a bit more but still quite squishy.

So I reckon I'll leave the one in the fridge for 3-4 more days, and the one outside for 2 more weeks.

Amara is a great cook... Portuguese & Italian, what can I say?
