Oh, pretty high, I imagine. Swipe up and down each side of my neck, and then a small swipe along my wrists on each side.

Today was better. A small 1.5 inch swipe on one wrist.

Yeah that was exact the same way i used it first time except the wrists
Lowering the dose will do the job.

I don't get nervous but Androstadienone depression from M2

Oh yeah, first time I used Manimal 2 was from the sample vial. I put on about half of it and agitation and anxiety creeped up on me. I had to cut my workout short and leave the gym in 20 minutes or so. It was pretty bad. Lesson learned, less is more with Manimal 2.

Nigella sativa extract negates all self effects for me. Androsterone makes me irratable but I can wear unlimited amounts of it with a gram nigella sativa extract. I don't get depressed from A-1 so I can't say what it would do for that but it maybe worth looking into. NAC also does this.
