5htp is 5 hydroxytrophan.

A good way is to make a rather potent concentrate in alcohol.
Calculate roughly how many mg Ali per drop, around 1 mg is very workable.

Dilute it in DPG oil so you get 20 mcg Ali per drop oil.
Remember 1 mg = 1000 mcg.

A good starting mix is:

3 drops Ali oil (60 mcg)
0,2 mcg a-thdoc
some basic social

You can increase Ali somewhat, but don't increase the a-thdoc much.
If you use a social from XS there will often be a-thdoc in it already.

Anyway, it's best to get familiar with the Ali solo first.
Been reported it's not really sexual, but there's a tendency TO GET THINGS DONE.
If you prefer to work only in alcohol less Ali is needed, but it dies down faster.
