Sounds like a great all-in-one! I'll have to check it out. At 34 years old, I was worried that my test levels were dropping, and having a bit of a spare tire I simply started using an aromatase inhibitor to hang on to the test I've got and reduce the ratio of est flowing through my body. I've been loving Myochem Alphadex for this purpose, but I've been skeptical of adding a test booster to the mix. I'm subscribed to Men's Health Mag's Facebook page and one of the videos they've sent out is about test boosters - do they work? Their short answer is no. That the D-Aspartic Acid was the only one that was proven to work, boosting test by up to 40% and even then it didn't actually increase lean muscle. So I've been sticking to the AI. It definitely makes me feel more energetic, and my waning sex drive came back with a fury.

For those who don't know - the cliff's notes on the science - your body fat produces a chemical called aromatase that converts your testosterone into estrogen. It's the only way we, as men, produce est. The problem is, more estrogen and less test causes you to store more fat, and fat causes you to produce more aromatase, and thus more est is produced from your test. It's a vicious cycle. So if you're worried your test is too low and you have a body fat percentage that is above optimal, an aromatase inhibitor may be all you need before you start trying to boost your test. If you jump right into a test booster without an AI, if you have extra pounds, you're really just supplying extra materials for your body to produce more est, and when you go off the booster, you've still got the extra est in your system as your test tapers off, the results are... really bad.

I don't envy you your current situation. A lot of guys go thru it
and some learn from it and some do not.

My suggestion is 2 fold:
1 - Tear up that consent form...and stop "trying" to get laid. If you
need sex that bad - get an escort & get it out of your system.
2 - Once you slow down, get comfortable in your own skin, realize you have
plenty to offer the "right girl"...you will meet her. (You probably won't find her
in a club.)

IMHO - Clubs a great to have fun in - as long as you are not on a mission.

My 1st post and not sure where to ask this but do y'all think that storing mones in a fridge makes them last longer because it makes cologne last longer and I wonder similar to cologne if light destroys the mones therefore should be bottled in dark bottling and stored in total darkness.
