Thanks Thundr for stating the importance of warming up. After all, the penis should be your most dearest part of your body. So please all of you, be careful and follow both the warm up routines and all instructions on how to do this. And most of all, pay attention, and if something feels wrong, Stop! With your penis, you should not go for the "No pain, no gain" excercise.

By the way, does jelqing causes some sort of 'icecream cone' effect? I always wondered that because you end up pushing blood towards the tip of the penis. Or the gains in girth are evenly distributed along the whole penis?

It does increase head size a little but it still looks normal and I have yet to get any complaints. Haha

Mainly it develops increased hardness and that's the name of the game.
