3 days strong with no word or update on status. I don't mind as long as it isn't a week later without hearing from them or a status update. Patience is key...

Placed order 5 days ago. No update no email. In the past, they change order status within 3 days. Don't know what's going on with them.

They'll ship it. Idk what's up with their customer service, but packaged arrived 3-4 weeks after order was placed. This happened 01/2018.

EDIT: payment was refunded today. If I hear why then I will let you all know.

I placed my order few days ago and no email replied. Today, I received a refund. Don't know what's going on with their business.
