Adding to that I assume that ordering to the USA addresses still works and the problem is with other countries, right? I shall also add that even though that error message mentions shipping method the checkout form actually doesn't give me an option to choose it (possibly because of the non USA address).

Glitch in a woocommerce shipping module. Okay but there is no other way to order and that doesn't answer my question about the way to contact them either. The error message also suggests to contact them but there are no contact details anywhere. Clearly, if they can't be contacted no one's gonna fix it either.
Probably Alpha Dream should sort it out with woocommerce, maybe they are unaware of the problem...

It would make sense to start a new thread about it but I can't, maybe I am a too new member or sth.

So, if anyone knows any CONTACT DETAILS of Alpha Dream post them here! It's clear that most of the people don't but maybe someone who hasn't read my replies yet does... Thanks in advance

No worries mate.

So last week (on 2nd) I emailed Amara about the shipping error and about a day or 2 later the error was already sorted and it was possible to place orders again, so you know who to thank I didn't receive any reply to my email but I assume it was fixed because of that as the bug had been there for weeks (at least) and it was fixed shortly after that.
However, last week there were only 2 shipping methods available, cheaper one being $55, now there is also a third one for $23 (first class), so this has been added on last couple of days. I just ordered Corporativo using that cheapest delivery method, hopefully I'll receive it without problems but we'll see, should be worth the risk...
Also, the discount code someone mentioned in another thread didn't work for me either, it's been used too many times or sth.

Sorry about 2 consecutive posts but I just wanna give you all a great update!
I completed the order on 9th of April and on 10th I already received the shipping notification from USPS who had received the item from Chris Schraud On 11th it already departed. So no complaints from me in terms of posting time. Tracking number was also nicely provided, so I am happy with it. Now it depends on USPS and other delivery companies when I'll receive it...

Just a quick update. Otherwise no problems with delivery but Corporativo is now being held at customs here in Tallinn, so I don't know for sure if and when will I receive it but that's not to do with Alpha Dream anymore... Never had anything held at customs before but I haven't ordered anything like that before either, so it's probably expected.

Hello Revird! At least here in Riga what I had to do was to pay the customs tax, and then the package was released.
