Do you think the silicone base in MAG would make a difference in results?

There was a formula change for AM prior to 2013 (I think it may even have been earlier, but I don't recall). That AM and the AM most people were using prior to the recent changes are very different formulas (at least in effects).

I liked the older formula better, primarily because there was no Androstadienone -type depression from it. Bear in mind also that Chris changed his Androstadienone a couple of times also a few years back.

MAG changed about the same time as the AM change, and I'm pretty sure based on the consistency of the liquid, that MAG had more alcohol than silicone in it than newer versions.

A.

Edit: The AM formula changed towards the end of 2011.

Given the fact that Chris seemed to miscalculate the Hed addition, I wonder if going back to the original formula would be a possibility that he hasn't considered.Idea

Did the pre-2011 AM even have A-1? I bought AM, Certo, and Glace in oct 2009 and I remembered quite distinctly choosing Certo over Corpo due to the A-1 content as Androtics had discontinued Instant Female Magic and I was looking for an A-1 based replacement. If AM had contained A-1 as a top ingredient I don't think I would have bought the Certo.

Any chance somebody knows enough about the wayback machine to find the AM product page from 2009/2010 and take a look?

Renny,

Yes, the older formulas had Androstadienone as an ingredient. It also had EST. In fact, the older formulae had a lot more stuff in it. The 2009 version had the following (hint:compare this formula with MAG):

- base: cyclomethicone, alcohol [4:1]

Pheromone content:

- components: 8
- mg per bottle: 27
- mcg per spray: 77.25 mcg
- unique pheromones: 4

Composition: Cyclopentasiloxane, ethanol, proprietary combination of human pheromones consisting of some or all of the following: androstanone, androstenone, alpha-androstenol, beta-androstenol, androsterone, epiandrosterone, dehydroisoandrosterone, dehydroisoandrosterone sulfate, 17-phenylandrosten-3beta-ol, 17-phenylandrostadienone, 17-phenyl-estra-1,3,5(10), 16-tetraen-3-ol, dihydrodeoxycorticosterone, other delta-16 androstenes, quaternary ammonium / sodium sulfate conjugated 16-androstenes and androstanes

This theory doesn't even make sense to me.

Good work everyone on solving the MAG mystery.

I really don't see why including ingredients a list of ingredients has to be so mysterious. I do understand the need to make money but anything can be analyzed and broken down into it's components.

Food components must be listed by law.

In the United States, it is a requirement that all cosmetics be labeled with their ingredients.

Many Vendors put all of the ingredients on their labels because they understand that even if another Vendor knows what's in his products they would still have to get the ratios correct.

If more Vendors like Bondazz would do research and reveal ingredients then this industry would chug along. but as it it, the industry is at a standstill because so much information is being withheld.

If a Vendor finds out that Molecule X helps increases focus does he tell all the other Vendors or does he keep it to himself?

If information is shared Cancer and AIDS could be cured today.

We would move forward faster if Vendors shared data.

Instead we spend hours and hours trying to figure out what is in MAG. We spend hours and hours trying to figure out what makes MAG so great. We spend hours and hours trying to figure out what was in New Pheromone Additive and what is in NNPA.

If we knew the answers maybe those hours and hours could be spent trying to make something better than MAG or improve NNPA.

All of this is true.

The easiest way to get MAG reproduced is to have someone talk to Chris directly.

Does anyone here have a good relationship with Chris?

I think that if he understood what the community wanted, then he would be willing to produce it again........perhaps under a different name.

I'm sure he has the ability to do this, but needs motivation.....perhaps a premium product. I, for one, would pay double AD prices to get something as good as the original MAG!!!Bomb

You can talk to Chris but Chris doesn't listen to one voice. Chris however responds to many voices.

Chris is a pheromone genius but again, he doesn't listen unless everyone is asking for it at the same time.

You want MAG then ask him to make it: chris@alpha-dream.com

Yeppers, Thanks Alphonse, that's what I remember the -Androstanone is the first ingredient listed. I was quite concerned that I wouldn't be able to use this because at that time -Androstanone was associated with P75 which did not agree with me at all. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had none of the P75 effects that I was concerned about. I don't use that bottle often because I find it to be a little over the top in the command and control dept., something that I can be a little over the top in anyway. I still have it and have worn it recently. It is still the same as it was then.

For you guys that love the over the top alpha products I would suggest you start a campaign with Chris to bring it back. Failing that I'm sure some of the mixologists around here could figure it out with this ingedient list. The top 8 ingredients are easily available.

Another question.

Is MAG really that great? I've seen 2 maybe 3 posters rave about it. Just asking..
