Ii just finally figured out what that really means btw lol no more nod and grin

of course that might be 2 posts bad and I'd still look like a dummy
edit think the forum screwed up that link maybe with autofill

DHEA is primarily an androgen receptor antagonist. It blocks the receptor.
It does activate the receptor a little bit, though. (agonism)

But it's a ton weaker in terms of activating the receptor than most of the stuff we play with, and will basically compete with our toys and stuff in the body that does a better job of pushing that button.

crap I simultaneously said I had it figured out AND typed the wrong word.
I feel so To_become_senile kinda Dash1 and very Redface

I'd intended to use Domination oil tonight to see how she reacts.

I'll add DHEA and see if the smell still knocks me over !!

My advice is only based on mistakes I've made.

Exoticaxs, Connectionsxs, Cohesion oil, Ascend oil, Desire Me oil, Domination oil, Evolve oil, Glace, Corpo, Alpha Donna, LIIK, TA oil, TL oil, TL4W spray, 7keto DHEA, DHEA, Neno, PEA, Trione, Anone, Enone, Erone, Arone, A THDOC,

DHEA + Domination oil test.

Whenever I'm not sure how much to use I opt for more.

100mcg DHEA applied to shirt, waited 5 mins, picked up Domination bottle and sure enough I can smell it at arms length while still closed.
Open the bottle WHEW how the hell can some people not smell this?

I applied 1/4 drop Domination oil to a wrist, fresh apps make my eyes water a bit and no change there.
Rubbed wrists together, then sprayed one with another 30mcg DHEA/etoh.

Most likely due to the etoh the DHEA cover made it stronger.

I went to the bathroom and took off my shirt, tossing it over the shower rod where convection carries hot air out of the stall. This has proved to be an excellent means of hotboxing mones in the bathroom. Walked away for 5 mins "soak time".
Hopped in the shower with wifey and 3...2...1.. Bomb.. IOWTF ????
" WTF is that smell?? " Wacko2

Dienone and Androstenone are starting to be detected by her nose.
DHEA didn't appear to cover for her or me.

Please suggest a different test procedure if something I did wasn't ideal.

My advice is only based on mistakes I've made.

Thanks for the report!
Any chance you could try with a single molecule? Say, pure Androstenone? Or is Domination so clearly obviously Androstenone smell that that would be redundant?

Does DHEAS have a smell?

I sent an email to Gslinger. Hopefully he'll have some comment on how his experience differed from yours.

I can't smell this stuff worth a damn so it's hard to contribute. I either get a headache from something or I don't. It has taught me that whatever causes headaches is different than the olfactory receptors that sense smell.

#1 Thanks for all the super research!

#2 Ok I'll do it later this weekend. The pure Androstenone will allow a more metered dose.

#3 Domination is Androstenone to the Dead Horse.degree.
I'm partial to the quick and dirty method, and covering Domination with DHEA is comparable to coppin a deuce on the living room floor to test the new air freshener.

#4 I can't smell it over the monolaurin I added as fixative.

Today isn't the best day for this since some A-hole neighbors decided to burn leaves right before it rained yesterday.
Made a trapset last night with drained tuna oil as bait but it's not been touched yet. Clear evidence to me that the acrid smoke interferes with other animal's sense of smell also.

DHEA reduces but doesn't completely block. The 'diminished' sense of smell is most obvious and lasts for that bit in the initial moments and then you just forget about it. There's no way it'll block really strong smelling mones. I don't foresee pairing that one up with cops. It isn't really a gas mask or deodorizer, on my end I'd say more of an amusing side effect.

Different individuals with different 'emotional/mental' dispositions react differently to pheromones, so a differing reaction at an emotional/psychological experience might differ from individual to individual. However for olfactory, I'm assuming if there are any binding sites etc, they would be uniform so more individuals might experience a standardised reaction

Negating 'preferences' (eg. when testing out TJ, ohmygod loved it. dejavu found it really strong I detested it) I have no explanation however to the perception of taste and how one individual might find a particular wine/food or mone to smell or 'react', and so along these lines do they affect the individuals physical reaction to mones, my thoughts would be the physical reactions should/would probably be more uniform than the psychological(self) effects (I'm assuming that binding sites along noses or tastebuds are more uniform across the board than say the chemical balances in the brains of individuals).

If the above paragraph sounds convoluted hmm.. think of it as - 1) Inducing a chemical reaction with the individual 2) Individual perceives both the physical and mental effects 3) Individual classifies experience in the form of preference -> Like/Dislike/Neutral

For DHEA the physical (diminished smell) hits me first then the emotional self effects (I use the word emotional/mental interchangeably)

So what I'm now interested in is, in theory, is there anything to the molecular structure of DHEA that would bind to or cause this diminished sense of smell

DHEA has no smell to me or at least I can only smell the alcohol when I use it. The diminished sense of smell kicks in and then I start to feel the self effects.

The diminished sense of smell isn't really that important to me though, its more of a slight side effect and one of the markers that tells me that its DHEA and its working.

From my most recent published work:

"A gene that codes for the mammalian olfactory receptor, OR7D4, links food odors to human hunger, dietary restraint, and adiposity (Choquette et al., 2012). OR7D4 exemplifies a direct link from human social odors to their perception (Keller, Zhuang, Chi, Vosshall, & Matsunami, 2007) and to unconscious affects on human behavior associated with human olfactory-visual integration (Zhou, Hou, Zhou, & Chen, 2011); human brain activation associated with sexual preferences (Savic, Heden-Blomqvist, & Berglund, 2009), human learned odor hedonics; and motor function (Boulkroune, Wang, March, Walker, & Jacob, 2007)."

The effect of alcohol odor on luteinizing hormone secretion, testosterone, and motor function is an excellent representation of how the same model can be used to cross from the epigenetic effects of food odors to the epigenetic effects of pheromones.
