What would you rate the status as, and how do you define it?

I would rate it as a 3.5. People treat me as an important and influential person. But I would not say it's a 4.5 "I'm the man" status

Agreed Moe. It's a quiet leader, if that makes any sense.

I see "I'm the man" as people stop what they are doing to notice me and make conversation.
