My dear german friends,

Can i confirm that this "I.E" unit is the same as international unit (IU) ?

So that 1000 IE = 1000 IU = 25 mcg ?

My gf reads a bit of german and she says the box stated that the daily limit is 1000 IE ? And 0,025mg is = 0.025mg (the comma is used instead of a "dot")?

Holy crap, i only have 90 tablets of 500 IU/pill and i need 16 tablets to get 200mcg/5ml for a togo at 5mcg/spray??

Jep your absolute right! IE means "Internationale Einheit" which means "international Unit" (IU)! Here in germany and most parts of europe you use a comma instead of a "dot"! So you are right every tablet contains 0.025mg or 25mcg!


I wouldn't go over 10mcg/spray because of some sillyness and other effects with dosages higher than 25mcg!

I've diluted 200mcg in 10ml so a togo should dispense 2.5mcg/spray

The tablets dissolve really easily but there are so many hahaha

But I see you have the 500 IE (IU) version! So be sure you only have 12mcg per tablet
