Current Litigation in the US Senate is proposing a law that would put Androstatrione on the Schedule III list of Controlled Substances. This is not the first bill that has tried to designate Androstenetrione as a designer steroid. But so far, none have been signed into law. This bill is still in the works where the others have died in sub-committees. The lists of substances that are shown in the bill seem to be carried over from previous bills that were not enacted, they just seem to get carried forward over and over.
