It sounds like you're looking for a quick fix. If I were you, I would get my money back. Put that money towards some serious self-development. One of the quickest ways, to end up in the friend zone, is to express your feelings to a woman. A man cannot carry on the feminine and masculine side of a conversation. When you express your feelings to a woman it makes you look needy.
A man is always indifferent to a woman, that is what makes him desirable. Slathering on a product, expecting a instant change will always lead to a disastrous outcome. Please use this time to do the inner work.
Who hurt you?
You're following rules you hope will attract people who both don't care about your feelings and aren't interested in you. I don't get that.
I mean why lie to yourself? Non-needy, desirable men have emotional conversations with women all the time and get what you want:
Her: "What's wrong?"
Me: "Huh? Oh, is it that obvious? /shrug"
Her: "Everything okay?"
Me: "No... I'm having one of those days. I'm having a really crappy day."
Her: "I know what that's like, that's what I feel right now."
Me: *notices shes not bullshitting*
Also me: "Want a hug? I know I could use one."
Her: "Yes please."
Me: *hugs her until she pulls away*
Her: "Wanna bang?"
Edit:
Damn going through the last few pages a lot of people are under the same impression. Yes if someone isn't interested in you and you confess your love to them you'll get rejected. If someone is interested in you and you confess your love to them it'll be accepted.

@Stories, I guess it depends how you carry those feelings, and who that girl is in front of you is.
First guy says his feeling, girls love him, 2nd guy say his feeling girl see him as weak, pathetic.
What the difference? First guy probably had some sexual attractiveness or some genuineness that the 2nd guy didn't.
So it's probably not just expressing feelings
My opinion though is that women have some kind of radar for detecting weak guys, and if such guy express his feeling it's seen as even more lame, immature and what not for most girls. But a confident or attractive guy expressing his feeling is different. I have seen guys who get laid with girls constantly and they sure are very emotional, but it wasn't just emotions obviously.
