hehe, that's up to you. Although it is possible some of the reports throughout this forum website may be a bit exaggerated in some places, I do not think that people are making stuff up.

But yes, testing I do reccomend. Do know that AV, which I have personally had results with, is a very aggressive and sexual blend. Which for someone like me is funny to be using. It's not reccomended for going out and meeting younger girls, it's supposed to be too intimidating, but I think there are plenty of exceptions to the rule. I talked about it in my journal a bit. Just be friendly when you are wearing it, but don't overdo it.

I have Possess specificially for if I feel that AV is inappropriate with some girls or environments. AV also has the tendency to put you in a very sexual state. I understand your frustration. Belive me, i been there. In my experience, AV have been very unpredictable. One day i see nothing. Next day i almost got raped. And all the time i been thinking dozes. How much should i use? Did i add to much? Did i spill anything? How does it fit with the cover scent?
Well, i finally got tired of it all and are literally giving a total shit about the amount. Now i just roll it around my neck (somewhere about 10-40 cm). I dont care if its to much or to little, i just walk with it anyway. And honestly i dont see any better or worse results from that. But after using AV almost daily for months, i do in total see a huge difference compared to how it used to be for a year ago. Women are in general more open and eager to communicate with me. they also seems more interested spend more and longer time with me.

All i had to do was add a drop or two of a pheromone and all women around me would drop whatever they had in mind and only focus on me. But honestly, if a pheromone would be that effective, wouldnt it be considered more as a drug?
I think a good pheromone should be compared to a tool in the same category as how you dress, speak, behave, smile, talk and so on...
If you have the right combination of tools, a woman would probably consider you handsome. And in that way a pheromone would become very handy. But even if you are using the pheromone right, dont expect to see everything happening around you. Just put yourself in the position where you see an attractive woman. You might never seen this woman before, maybe she is just one in a crowd. What do you do? Do you run towards her and shout out your love for her?? In many cases you would simply not do anything at all. At best, you would maybe wait and see if there could be any opportunity to say hello. The same goes to any woman being exposed to your pheromone. Do you really know what every woman think about you? And will you ever know if a woman likes you because of the pheromone or because of you as a person?

If you ever are in doubt about how good a pheromone are, and if it is working at all. Then there are a simple way that i like to think is alright figuring out. That is to see if you get any kind of self-effect from the pheromone you have. If you try AV and feel nothing at all from it. No chance in mood, how you feel, what you want, how you interact with other or any other things. Then why should any other feel anything from AV?
But if you do get an self effect from AV, would you be the only one who would feel that? Shouldnt the ones around you also feel it? Most likely they would.

Oh yes, i almost forgot. Some times i noticed its alright to shake the AV bottle before use.

You got me.. Initially i did think that women would be all over me.. but that thought faded over time, seeing as it did not work that way, however.. i have noticed self-effects.. glace makes me talk more, and say whatever i feel, without thinking - to a somewhat degree. And AV, makes me walk with a lot more swagger, and keeps me thinking - i'm the shit..

This said, i think i also should add that if i think about it, i've been in very few situations in which it would be natural for women to take more contact, or in fact any at all. I guess i should really turn my focus towards being a lot more open and creating windows for the women to actually interact with me. My most normal settings so far, or to be honest - at all, are situations such as school, where very few know eachother, and are completely focused on school alone, and also in work settings, where i think it has no purpose at all to wear AV. So in the time forward i will fully adress my focus towards glace, and to try to create situations where women can be themselves.

That's where you have to be really observant. I do get many looks with AV and AM. I think the guys must feel threatened and on guard keeping giving me looks. One in a restaurant today had his gf switch booth seats. Lol. I wasn't hardly paying attention to anyone except my friend I was with. The effects may be more subtle.

Glace works for me at 3 sprays.
With AV it depends on the drop size. I use around 5-8 small drops of AV mixed with a social. A little less if worn solo. And afaik i observed very subtle to extreme hits from every single girl i was close by for at least 10 minutes. Not always positive hits but definitely different behaviour. Also friends told me i've been really bossy (which i'm usually not) on some occasion, when i was wearing AV (they didn't know i wore AV).

I'd say put on a little more AV and get close, for example sitting besides her, for at least 10 minutes. Never failed to produce either attraction or intimidation, or higher value hits for me.

At the moment AV is having a strange self effect on me. It seems to make me indifferent to women, it sets me turned off/neutral in terms of desire. I don't really feel like chasing them, I feel like a guy who just wants to get on with life, not bother about women.
But there is a big but, that being the only women that gets me wanting to have interest is my own ideal mental imprint of a women that could be something like 1 out of thousand. So I might see one every few weeks, strange.

Does anyone else notice this?

Sounds like you are using too much, if I use too much AV I lose motivation to do anything. It does that to some people.

EDIT: When I say "it" I'm talking about Androstenone. which is mainly what is in AV

Don't use more than 2 or 3 drops, try that

At 8++ drops of AV in a club solo, with some drinks i was like:
"The girl over there looks cute. Let's talk to that girl, play a little with her. She's interested but somewhat afraid. Let's try to kiss her. [She blocks and smiles] Well got no time to waste. Oh, the girl over there looks cute ..."

Aqua Vitae makes me feel like i can have them all and also makes me a little indecisive.
IMO Androstenone and Aqua Vitae are two very different things. Maybe if Aqua Vitae was a car, then Androstenone is the motor.

I do become increasingly more decisive with AV and notice that I'll simply voice my thoughts like their commands to everyone around me without a care in the world. I was visiting my family and noticed my step-mother noticed this and I told her "some people are just too sensitive." I think the AV at 2 drops (I am also using 6 sprays of Glace) does make me feel bossy.
